Los Angeles, CA –(May 2, 2012) – Kenneth Eade, a Los Angeles based attorney, announced today that he is re-establishing his business/ corporate law and civil litigation practice.   “After 15 years of practicing securities law, my law practice has evolved back to business and complex civil litigation, so I have decided to focus on business and corporate law with an emphasis on complex civil litigation and securities litigation,” said Eade. 

During the past several years, Eade has handled a multitude of complex cases, resulting in several significant victories and groundbreaking precedent in the areas of securities fraud litigation, mortgage fraud and predatory lending against major banks, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and hostile corporate takeovers.
